Located on the 38 and 39th floors of London’s Heron Tower, SUSHISAMBA’s city restaurant delivers a unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine with unrivalled 360 degree views over the capital.
To celebrate Christmas and the New Year SUSHISAMBA transformed into an enchanted rainforest called Sambazonia. In collaboration with Immersive Cult, Beam designed an immersive and other-worldly scheme with a beautiful 500+ LED light installation illuminating the dining room and a playful, ever changing magical rainforest.
