Prix Pictet 2019: Hope

The Prix Pictet is the world’s leading photography prize aiming to highlight global sustainability through powerful photographic images. Each year nominations are judged in relation to a theme. The theme for the eighth cycle of the award is Hope. The 12 shortlisted photographers have their works exhibited in the V&A’s Porters’ Gallery.

The Beam designers and technicians used their wealth of experience lighting art objects to produce a clean and decisive lighting scheme, maximising the impact of each work.
